  1. Select All     
  2.     Select All  activates all items on a page, or  highlights all text 
  3.  in a story. 
  4.     The operation of Select All depends on which tool is currently
  5.  selected. If the Item tool is currently selected, Select All activates
  6.  all items within the current  page. If the Content tool is currently
  7.  selected, Select All highlights text within the active text chain.
  8.     Select All is dimmed if the Item tool is selected and there are no
  9.  items on the current  page, or if the Content tool is selected and no
  10.  text box is active.
  11.     The keyboard shortcut for Select All is Cmd-A.
